As part of our COVID-19 contingency planning a number of Staff Members are working from home . Part of their role while working from home will be to contact members to :
- help with accessing their accounts online
- help with setting up Direct Debits and Debit Card Payment Plan to cover loan repayments
If you get a call from one these staff members they will be only ring from one of the following Credit Union owned mobiles

Should you get a call from any of these numbers we will not ask you any personal details and will only ask you if you would like help with reactivating a suspended online account or with setting up a direct debit or debit card payment plan.
If you are getting an online account reactivated we will arrange for your PIN and Passwords to be sent to the mobile phone and email address that we hold on file for you on our systems. We will not ask for any of the following
- Account Number
- Date of Birth
- Transaction details on the account
