* Volunteer Requirements

• Member in good standing for at least two years
• Good credit standing and no criminal convictions
• Not a current employee of this or a competing financial institution
• Not employed by this credit union within the past 12 months
• Willing to accept the responsibilities associated with the position
• Able to act independently and objectively regardless of external relationships with other directors, committee members and employees
• Able to meet the time commitment described below:
• Monthly preparation time prior to meetings (generally 1-2 hours)
• Monthly Board/Committee meetings (generally 1-2 hours)
• Attend called Committee meetings (generally 1½ hours)
• Volunteer Achievement Program (VAP) Training Modules (43 at home, self-paced and generally 3-4 hours per module)
• Annual Strategic Planning/Educational Meeting (approx. 5 days annually)
