Visit the SEAI (www.seai.ie) website for information on grant application process. Select the grant application that is most suitable for your needs.

Select a SEAI registered contractor. Obtain a quotation for the works needed.

Submit grant approval letter and quotation for works needs.
Green Loan Terms and Conditions
- Minimum Loan Value €5,000.
- Loan Repayment Term up to ten years.
- SEAI home energy improvement grant approval required.
- Work must be performed by a SEAI registered contractor.
- Quote for works to be supplied with the green loan application.
- Loans are subject to approval based on affordability.
- Security maybe required.
